WANTED
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Stanly Cliff caused a serious injury traffic crash between
a truck and a motorcycle that occurred on April 18, 2021 at approximately 7 p.m. on Providence Blvd. near Market Street. The truck driven by Mr. Cliff left the scene.

A few days later, the driver of the motorcycle, 55 year old Dwight L. Carter, died from his injuries. The driver of the truck has been identified as 63 year old Stanley Cliff. Several warrants have been taken against Cliff as a result of this traffic crash.

Charges include:
Aggravated Assault
Leaving the scene with death
Leaving the scene with damage
Reckless Endangerment
Vehicular Homicide
Duty to give information
Failure to yield causing death
Immediate notice of accident
